"Foreverglades" Art Installation
“Foreverglades” is an environmental installation of six large red recycled plastic snail sculptures that has made its way to the HCC campus in Ybor City. The goal is to provide students with a conscious perspective on environmental protection and sustainability of Florida’s Everglades and fragile environments. The red snails are part of an intriguing public art series by the “Cracking Art Group” in its REgeneration art projects, which are designed to inspire community-wide conversation about the importance of recycling.
