Councilwoman Henderson, who served as the Chair of Tampa’s Community Redevelopment Agency since May 2023, was a dedicated educator and public servant whose leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to our community left an indelible mark on the city and all who had the privilege to work alongside her.![]()
