This summer, the Tampa CRA has had two outstanding interns working in our offices and assisting staff with a variety of projects.![]()

Our first intern is Daqua Hall. Daqua, a third year Summer Youth Intern with the City of Tampa and a recent graduate of Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School, has been assisting our housing team this summer with building the new CRA Housing Initiative Application. Designed to suit residents’ needs, the GIS Map is geared towards helping clients learn more about tree-trimming services, emergency roofing projects, and down payment assistance. He presented his work to the Tampa CRA Board at our July meeting. ![]()

Daqua will be attending Kent State University this fall where he plans to study Construction Management.
